I started out with a Making Memories white heart embossed cardstock, and water soluble Portfolio Oil Pastels. Using the side of the pastel (red, pink & violet) and gently skimming over the embossed areas, very very lightly mist and then wipe with your finger to move and blend the colors trying to keep that white area around each embossed heart. I added some various colors of purple glitter in some of the hearts. Ran it through my zyron then cut out my rectangles using a Coluzzle nested rectangle template (the negative portion was used on a previous card). Attached it to my Bazill cardstock (pansy) and rounded the corners on the card.

For the heart I rubber stamped my quote ("Art is Letting" Quietfire Design) on white cardstock using a couple colors of Color Box Chalk stamp pad. Cut out the heart shape with a Coluzzle shadow Heart template, stopping the cuts before the quote and starting the cuts after the quote, then trimmed around the quote. Used Brilliance Pearlescent Lavender stamp pad and Stampendous Amethyst and Gold embossing powder for the heart shape. Glued it to my card.
