""X" Life card So I thought I'd play on the shape of the letter "X" rather than come up with something to do with Malcolm X... Rubber stamped the harlequin background pattern (Quietfire Design) with Versafine Olympia Green and embossed with Green patina. Cut my diagonal lines to create my shapes, mounted them to a deep bright green, trimmed it down and then mounted it to a golden copper metallic cardstock, which was then mounted to the front of my main light green card. Wrapped a wide green gauze ribbon to the inside of my card. Tied a bow and adhered that separately. Final step was to die cut a piece of translucent shrink plastic with a Spellbinder's label Thirteen die, rubber stamped part of the quote (Quietfire Design), and the word "Life" (Just Jhones "Attic Treasures" set) with Versafine Black Onyx, punched a hole and then baked it and attached it to the ribbon with a gold jump ring. |
