Well I have to say, this week I've had time to play with some of my Spellbinder's dies. I remember not liking the inverted scalloped design dies, but then I had seen it combined with the scalloped circles and it was beautiful. So I bought one. Of course that was a while ago and I have forgotten where and what inspired me to buy it. So I ended up just playing with different variations of nesting the scalloped circle within the inverted circle, and then vice-versa. Also doing it with larger to smaller combinations. I got some interesting results, some of which are on this card. As I was looking at them as well, I thought they'd make gorgeous starters for wreaths (Xmas or floral or autumnal). They almost look like gears on this card.

They were all die cut from white cardstock, then sponged with Distress Broken China. I rubber stamped the quote (Quietfire Design) onto two of the drop out circles with Versafine Majestic Blue and clear embossed it. All of this was mounted to a deep blue Bazzill monochrome Bling cardstock. As a final touch I added various sizes of  blue faux rhinestones and some blue half pearls. Then added some Stardust Ritz micro fine glitter in the little heart.
