"CBH June 23 - French - Happy Birthday Card"

Love this crow stencil. I used Dreamweaver Translucent paste, then applied black variegated leaf. Did have a few touch ups where the leaf didn't stick as well as it should.

I used a white pearlized cardstock, mounted to a blue then warm red cardstock. Rubber stamped the words "Bonne Fete" & "Bonjour" (Quietfire Design) using a Versafine blue stamp pad, then outlining the blurb with a Zig blue marker. Wrote in my own words "Hey! are we in "Le Gai Paris"?" with the same marker.

Made the horizontal ribbon with a whitish  gold fleck mulberry paper, mounted to a blue gold flecked mulberry, then onto a store bought decorated red background paper, which I also punched out the candles using the EK Success candle border punch. I rubber stamped the "Happy Birthday" and the "Eiffel Tower" (both Quietfire Design) with the same blue stamp pad prior putting the red candle border in place.
