There was a challenge put out by Els to create ATC's using her Peel Offs Designs. This is one of them.

This is another of the Twinkles H2o's tissue paper decorated cardstock. Used a micron pen to doodle in the wings and added some rose and purple glitter. The quote is done with a stardust gel pen "mauve". Mounted it onto purple cardstock.
