There was a challenge put out by Els to create ATC's using her Peel Offs Designs. This is one of them.

I used a left over piece of alcohol decorated paper and stuck on the modern flower, then cut around the Peel Off and glued it to my cardstock. The black cardstock was also previously decorated using Golden's Tar Gel and fluid iridescent gold paint and  flicking it onto the cardstock like webbing. Mounted it to a Bazzil dark red cardstock. The words were done with a silver gel pen and colored pencils.
