Pan Pastel CBH Challenge Blue Background

Created: July 29, 2008

Modified:

This background starts out with a piece of cream toned LBS end paper from Columbia Mills approx 8.5"w x 12"h. I smeared several colors over the surface (Ultramarine Blue, Turquoise, Phthalo Green and a touch of Permanent Red). Wiped the surface with a make up pad and then applied more color. Using an eraser I removed color in various sections either as a lightening bolt stroke, or the square edge of the eraser, or using a pencil type eraser and a plastic stencil to create words. When done, I sprayed it with Krylon Workable Fixative. Then cut out my Moo sized pieces (they're really small at 1.1" x 2.8")

The sections I've already used. I'll eventually use all the pieces.
